The day began early at the Grizzly Den trailhead. Nine intrepid ramblers—ranging from seasoned hikers to enthusiastic newcomers gathered around the parking lot, eager for adventure. This roughly 20 km hike would take us through thick forests, alpine meadows and across mountain tops. It was an exhilarating day, with plenty of fantastic views, warm weather and just a hint of wildfire smoke. A great time was had by all!
