It was a lovely day for a hike on the Purden North Shore Trail for twenty Ramblers to hiked the 13 km to the end of the lake and back. The gentle terrain meant everyone could keep a fun, social pace, and the steady stream of viewpoints gave the group plenty of opportunities to soak in the scenery. The breeze kept the bugs away for the most part and trail conditions were great (thanks to the crew that cleared it last week).
