Seventeen Ramblers set out along the UNBC‑to‑Otway section of the Cranbrook Hill Greenway, turning a classic Prince George route into a lively group adventure. The Greenway itself has become a local institution since its creation as a protected “wilderness corridor” along the city’s western edge, offering more than 23 km of multi‑use trails through Douglas fir, spruce, poplar, and aspen forests. The UNBC‑to‑Otway traverse is one of the most popular point‑to‑point hikes for those who prefer an extended hike.
