Welcome back Shauna! Nine Ramblers happily followed Shauna on Easter Sunday for a 14 km hike around the Big Loop at Eskers Provincial Park. The weather was very nice for hiking, it got up to 9 degrees by the time they were done.
The trails were in good condition, some dirt, some packed snow and some ice. A huge thank you to Greg and Tim for clearing the blowdown the day before.
Along the hike, they saw a baby garter snake, a bird's nest, and lots of signs of trees chewed by beavers, one dangerously so!
Thank you Shauna for leading a great hike.
